    Hello, the Stripe Credit/ Debit Card input box is not shown when check out. When I went into edit page, there is an additional message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangement.

    I did not restrict any countries to sell the product and also Stripe is enabled.

    Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots. I’ve checked the issue on your site and I’m able to replicate it the Stripe credit/debit card input fields are not showing at checkout.

    To assist you further, could you please confirm:

    1. Was Stripe working correctly on your site before?
    2. Have you made any changes to your site (plugins, theme, WooCommerce settings, etc.) after which this issue started appearing?


    Also, to assist you better, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks for the response. I have found the bug, the credit card input details only shown when I check “Save payment information to my account for future purchases.”.
