Stripe refunds not processing correctly

When requesting a full refund using Stripe, only a partial refund is processed. This is a serious issue as the customer may only receive a $5 refund instead of $100 and makes vendors open to legal action. WCFM acknowledge this issue. This has not been corrected for almost 30 days now and WCFM is refusing to provide a refund to me despite numerous requests. They do not honour their 30 day trial period. I have been unable to use this plugin during this time.
