    We have been using Klarna to accept payment using your plugin without any problem, but the last days we are experiencing Stripe webhook delivery issues.

    The error rate is around 26%. Any idea what could be causing this?

    We also saw some orders stuck at pending payment status. Can this happen due to the webhook error?

    Do you have multiple webbooks configured for the same Stripe account?

    I’d also check to see if you’re using a plugin that could be restricting access to the WordPress REST API.

    We also saw some orders stuck at pending payment status. Can this happen due to the webhook error?

    No, asynchronous payment methods have their status set to on-hold, they don’t remain as pending.

    Check your WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and see if any exceptions are being thrown on your site like PHP script timeouts or database errors.

    Most of my Klarna orders are “pending payment” then canceled. What could be the reason?

    If a Klarna payment is in a pending status that means the customer never completed the payment.

    It sounds like they’re not completing the payment on the Klarna hosted payment page.
