Stripe webhook delivery issues

    Stripe have sent an email notification today to say they have had some trouble sending requests in live mode to a webhook endpoint associated with my site. Stripe has attempted to send event notifications to this endpoint 6 times and the first failure was on June 22, 2025 at 6:44:58 AM UTC.

    I have the latest version of the plugin installed.

    Could this please be checked, and please let me know if there is any further information needed.

    Hi @dwoott,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    To help resolve the webhook delivery issue, please copy the code snippet attached here and paste it into your active theme’s function.php file (WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > functions.php), or you can use the Code Snippet plugin to do that for you.

    Kindly implement the snippet and check if it solve the case.

    Thank you for your reply. I have installed the Code Snippets plugin, and pasted in the provided code snippet above as a New Snippet. I will see how it goes over the next few days.
