    After following the instructions on creating a webhook I copy the secret code and and paste it under the webhook url and an error of

    “Your form had the following errors:

    Invalid or incomplete field passed (Field ID: tickets-commerce-stripe-webhooks-signing-key )
    The above setting was not saved. Other settings were successfully saved.”

    Not sure what the issue is…

    disabled all plugins

    tried it again did not work

    same error

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The error you are getting seems to be related to webhook validation. A senior member of our team mentioned that the error is unrelated to webhook itself. It happens when the input field for the webhook key is not available during the save operation. The actual webhook validation happens on the fly, as soon as you paste it in the field.

    So, after entering the Signing Secret, please wait until validation is done (https://i.imgur.com/XZpxPyy.png) before hitting Save Changes.

    I’ve disabled all my plugins
    Reverted back to 2022 theme by WordPress
    I pasted in the secret
    I’ve waited 20 minutes
    Nothing is validating.

    I let it sit for 10 hours no validation

    seems to be working today….
    I switched to the 2022 theme
    disabled all unrelated plugins
    pasted the secret a little sync symbol popped up and came back as unverified
    I went to stripe and resent a webhook
    I came back to the site and it was verified.

    not sure if something was done on the stripe’s side or the event calendar’s side, but it is now working for me

    I am running the divi theme
