• I have been using this plugin for sometime and also corresponding with the developers when I need to. I have seen many iterations of the plugin and tried other calendars. The core is good, it works, but the issues seem to be coming with the churning of their business model – again and again and again. Im in a middling place because whilst I have a basic calendar which looks good and does the job, the money I have spent on the add ons has been money lost. There are too many issues with the add ons and the latest iteration of their business model is too costly for the shonky support which is given. Ive come back and moved my rating from four stars to two – unfortunately (sorry Brad at Timely – youre a really nice guy) because the issues which get reintroduced. Old axiom of ‘if it aint broke dont fix it’ seems relevant here. What could easily be the best on the market gets let down by overpricing, churning of business models, add ons which dont work, and absentee problem solving in support team. Uggh, so close, yet so far
