If you select a block in the editor, you will see animation options, as seen here: https://ps.w.org/blocks-animation/assets/screenshot-1.gif?rev=2077657

Ive got a wp theme I started to use but didnt look like it had animation. I downloaded gluten..block animations. Do I now delete the one I started..and then start with the block animation
You can use it with any theme. Are you not seeing the option to add animations in the Editor? @maidyme
