This is the answer that one of the lead developers told me:
The “errors” you’re see in the google search console structured data are not really something you should care about, meaning that they won’t really affect your ranking. What they’re saying is that some html elements (with the hentry class, which WordPress automatically adds to the “posts”) should technically have some elements inside with classes.
