Hello @xaric,
Sincere apologies for the extremely long wait, we have been a bit shorthanded and on the other hand overwhelmed with work during this covid situation.
I’m afraid that our Schema markup is very basic and not as sophisticated when it comes to products/product reviews, so perhaps it would be best to use an SEO plugin for these purposes. Although, the downside is that most plugins that offer such features (schema for products, reviews etc, are paid plugins). However, we do have planned to expand our Schema in the future.
As for warnings, these are related to the items Google believes you should have added but failed. For example, the warning in regards to the SKU number, although your review is not related to an actual product so the SKU does not exist.
And thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. If you have any other ideas or suggestions, we are always here to listen.
Have a great weekend and stay safe

Hi Marko!
Thanks a lot for getting back to me!
I have already disabled the OceanWP’s schema and have used a plugin instead 🙂
If at some point in the future you expand your Schema, I might give it a second try!
Best wishes,
Xaric
Hey @xaric could you please explain to me the process of how had you disabled OceanWP’s schema as I’m also getting the same warnings for structured data…
Thank You

Hi @syedmuhammad
You can disable OceanWP’s schema by going to Appearance -> Customize -> General Options -> General Settings and unchecking the “ENABLE SCHEMA MARKUP” box.
I hope this helps 🙂

@xaric I have disabled the theme schema markup but the errors and warnings in the google structured data testing tool persist… How to remove it?
I am using Rank Math SEO plugin and schema generated by rank math has no errors and warnings
Thank you @xaric the problem got solved automatically after 12 hours when I disabled the schema markup
