This isn’t an answer to your questions, but did you see the documentation on Fixing Structured Data Issues on the WP Job Manager website? If not, I thought it might be helpful, even if it doesn’t directly address your questions.
If you use the SNIP plugin–I’d be curious to know how it works for you, and if you’d recommend it or not after using it.
It looks like Google had trouble with the geolocation of the address; did you enter your Maps API key properly in the plugin settings? The odd thing is, it works fine if I search for it in Maps:

And can you confirm that your key doesn’t have any issues if you got to https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard ?

That screenshot shows that there were 9 requests, and 9 errors. Is there any way to see what those errors were?
