When I test my AMP page with google structured data tool, it says that the logo is missing:

How can I fix this?

You can upload a site icon: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/core/2015/07/27/site-icon/

Or manually specify one via code using the filter here: https://github.com/Automattic/amp-wp/blob/master/readme.md#template-data (You’ll want to set the site_icon_url key)
