Structured data with elementor and yoast

Hi all,

According to this link i need to change te type of the webpage to itempage for products

I use elementor pro and i created a product archive and a single product template.

according to this video it is possible to make changes on pages with yoast but what about the items created by the theme builder? I can’t see any Yoast options when editing a single product or archive page?
