    Hi Alex,

wish you all the best in 2021.

Few month ago your support was great. Currently I can’t fix the Mailchimp issue at my side. Here are my steps:

    1) Content/Subscribe Form: “CMP Subscribe Form”
    2) How to save your Subscribers: Mailchimp Integration
    3) Mailchimp API key: I copied a valid Mailchimp API key.
    4) I click “Retrieve Lists” and don’t get any list or any option in the dropdown “Select MailChimp subscriber`s list.”
    5) I checked in Mailchimp account. there is a list which is working for another kind of integration (see notes below)

    Result: Subscription is not working.

    Notes:
    – I tried with an additional Mailchimp API key, same issue.
    – I copied the key to avoid typo, same issue.
    – I tried it with different settings (Enable/Disable MailChimp Double Opt In and so on), same issue.
    – I tried it with selecting 3rd party plugin and used another plugin with shortcode of a form (MC4WP plugin) and it works with both API keys. But it looks ugly, I f you help me with the CSS, it would be ok for me. But I guess the issue is still in CMP.

    Is there a known issue?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Regards 🙂

Hello @ct001, all the best in 2021 as well!

To your issue, I checked on our dev and live servers and MailChimp works as expected – I can retrieve our MailChimp Lists with API key.

Not really sure what might be preventing to retrieve the lists at your end.

What browser are you using? If it is Chrome – could you go to developer Console(right click on the page – click Inspect and switch to console tab) and try hitting the button to retrive the lists again to see if there are any errors? If so, please copy paste it here.
