Stuck Adding Subscribers close to a week now

Good afternoon,
I was manually importing our subscriber and a CSV file as well, but it got stuck saying “Your recent import is taking longer than expected to complete. If this issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.”. It has been almost a week now and it’s continuing to tell me this while not allowing me to upload new subscribers.
