Stuck after send

I am having problems after i click send. The form sends and works ok, however the button doesnt change to the send message. It gets stuck on the “spinning wheel” icon.
Can anyone suggest a fix. I have made sure its all up to date etc.

It seems that I have the same problem or a similar.
After pressing “send” no green message like “success” but instead an empty blue rectangle (blue border, no filling, small height).
And the send function does not work, so: no e-mail, no insert into Flamingo (which I am using)site: dr-breit-ohg.de
The problem occurred 2 days ago.
Same on all 3 forms.I am using WP Fastest Cache.
