stuck at 16%

    Dear all,
    we have tried this to restore a 400MB site however it stuck at 16% for over 3hrs and nothings happens,
    any suggestions why ?

    Try to increase max_execution_time and see if it helps.

    I used this plugin on my website last week with no problems at all.
    This week on the exact same website I am unable to upload my website file as it freezes at 20% I have tried ALL the suggestions but nothing works.
    My Max-exectutuion_time is set to the maximum I can set it.
    The wpress file is only 192 MB I have a 400mb upload limit set
    Everything seemed to be working fine until the latest update with the new valentines logo all of a sudden the upload function will not work and it seems I am not the only person with this problem in the last few days.
    Is there a way to upload via FTP please as I really need to get this site uploaded so that I can work on it.
