Stuck at 2%

    Hello, so using your plugin I’ve created a backup of a website I’m working on and then restored that backup. Unfortunately, it’s stuck at 2% for over 30 minutes now.

    I’m working from a development site; and this is my first time using your plugin. I’m also fairly new to WordPress.

    Please help 🙁 I’m freaking out right now!

    Are you importing locally on your computer or on a website hosted on the internet?
    If so, what is your hosting provider and plan?
