I am stuck at “Done restoring Database”

I have followed the instructions here:
https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/what-to-do-while-restoring-database-displaying-for-so-long/

But when I try to log into wp-admin, all I get is a blank page! SO it looks like I have to re-do a WP istallation from scratch!

Is there an other solution? What should I do?

Ah, this I don’t know since I exported it a few months ago, hoping to restore it now.
The export site is now gone.
What can I do to fix this and restore my site?
