we have another ticketing system (https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/) where I received the exact request as you stated above (also 2105 products), so I assumed this was the same person contacting us via another portal. Our SD/Jira system would interact with you via emails, so if you don’t have any emails from us we should continue here.
On the SD ticket I advised to refresh the page and it should push the sync forward from where it got stuck; definitely worth a try as a first step.
If that does not work, we might need to remove some DB entries for a completely clean sync to be triggered.
Please let me know if that refresh makes a difference for you.
