Stuck at starting point

Originally, my map would load with all the location tags and completely zoomed out because I need to show places all over the globe.

I updated to the latest version; but, now it loads zoomed into 1000 miles from the starting point and I can’t change it back to how it’s supposed to be or do away with the starting location.

Any solutions or do I have to find another plugin that does what I need?
