Stuck endless loop

    Hi,
    I’ve some troubles with ZotPress.

    Wether I want to add my account, or validate an option (like changing default style) I’m stuck with the endless ajax loader.

    jQuery is loaded, cURL is working.

    I see no particular event in apache logs.

    Could you give me some advice to debug this situation ?
    I’ll try to disable extention one by one.

    Another issue, when I try to sync my library I got this message :
    Sorry, but there was a problem syncing items:

    And one more thing, it only import 46 citations and always stuck at the same one.

    I just disabled all extentions, and I’m still stuck at the endless loader.

    I believe these issues have been resolved in 5.2+, but feel free to re-open the thread if otherwise.

    Hello,

    we recently updated to WP 3.9.1 and Zotpress 5.2.2 and i still encounter the problem.

    On creating an account the validation doesn’t go through,
    if i reload the page the account is being added but i can’t import anything. It’s endlessly loading and after a few seconds the “Sorry, but there was a problem syncing items: ” alert pops up.

    I disabled all plugins and tried again, but nothing changed.
