    Is the plugin compatible with WordPress 6 ?

    I have used in the past and it worked fine but it was in an older version (5.8.4). Now I’m using WordPress 6.0

    I have tried testing in both Sandbox and Live mode and in both instances it gets stuck as soon as you click pay. When I did the live version it did made the charge but I was never able to access the download.

    the log said
    [SUCCESS] Received IPN. Processing payment …
    [SUCCESS] Sending buyer notification email.
    but it never sent the email either.

    Appreciate some help.

    I wanted to add.

    As a test I disabled all the plugins but this one and changed to the default theme but got the same result.

    Yes, it is compatible with WordPress 6.0.

    Can you share some information from your sever i.e. PHP version running.

    but it never sent the email either.

    Do you have any cache plugin running in your site or server? Did you also clear your browser cache before carrying a test?

    Hi,

    The server has PHP 7.4.10

    I just turned off the server cache and did not work
    then I cleared the browser cache and it did not work either

    Any other option ?

    Just giving an update to this thread for anyone else with a similar issue in the future.

    The user gave us the following update:

    I enabled the log in wordpress and found this.

    
HP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function PHPMailer\PHPMailer\ctype_alnum() in /hermes/bosnacweb01/bosnacweb01bc/b2625/ipw.evvisual/public_html/wp-includes/PHPMailer/PHPMailer.php:1825

    So I installed the plugin WP Mail SMTP and it started working !

    Never thought it was related to mail issue.
