Hi there, I got the button to process (above) and I’m showing the signature added to the list in my admin, but it is still not sending the confirmation. Is there a trick I am missing? Thanks
When you say the confirmation can you clarify that?
Are you trying to have a signer’s email address confirmed? Or do you mean that the petition email isn’t being sent?
I have the petition set up so that it is only collecting signatures, NOT sending the petition email. The problem I’m having is with the confirmation email. When someone signs the petition and presses “Submit”, it thanks them and sends the signature to my admin file. It is not sending the confirmation email to the signer for them to confirm. Thanks again
It happened again, sorry, not sure what I did, all is working great now. Love this plugin! What I did: In settings-confirmation email, I had my “email from” listed as my personal yahoo email address. When I changed it to my email connected to the web page domain it was on, it started working. Thanks again!
