    Have just installed MailBank so we can send emails via our office365 account using smtp.office365.com but when we try a connectivty test or a test email the only message we receive is “checking your settings”

    I have reinstalled the plug in twice and still have the same settings.

    using TSL and login authentication

    Hi,

    Please de-activate all of your plugins and switch to the Default theme.

    This will let you know if there is any confliction with one of the installed plugins or theme.
