    This issue has been raised before. I can see you have some javascript errors on your page. I recommend deactivating all plugins except IdeaPush and finding out which plugin is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue please reply back.

    We did that and unfortunately it is still stuck on loading.

    Here’s the error when all plugins are deactivated except for IdeaPush.

    Hi, Can you please deactivate all plugins and try a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. If this does not work please provide the diagnostic information at the bottom of the support tab. Thanks,

    Sorry, its been a while. Unfortunately we can’t use change the theme of our marketing site. I updated the plug-in, but its still stuck on loading when you click the Push Button.

    Here’s the CONSOL LOG:

    Hi @jonmenguito,

    I will need you to try what I suggested, I am not suggesting this as a permanent fix but as a temporary measure which may help diagnose any issue.

    Because the plugin is working fine for 99%+ of our users, issues like this occur because of theme/plugin conflicts or some environment issue. You also haven’t provided any diagnostic information which I asked for before. Thanks,
