    Topic title is clear. Cannot pass this neither with ‘skip’ nor with ‘allow and continue’. Also it does not appear on my cart. Used to work fine. Free version 3.4.2

    When did this happen?

    The opt-in screen only appears on fresh installs, and we haven’t had similar reports so far, so it’s likely something local blocking it.

    Try opting in or out directly from the plugin list in your admin — under the plugin name, you’ll see quick links like Activate, Settings, Opt In, Add Ons, etc.

    I tried. Same result. I really dont know when this disappeared from cart page. Any idea what might be blocking it?

    Looking at your site, the plugin is active but doesn’t seem to be configured. Please try deactivating and deleting it, then reinstall, activate, and go through the setup again.
    It’s quite strange that you can’t pass the opt-in — even stranger that it suddenly appeared after using the plugin for a while.

    To be honest, I dont’ know if it is still set as active (i mean inside settings – not on plugin page) or some other store manager deactivated it. The point is I cannot check since I cant pass the optin.

    Apart from that, I believe the plugin was configured considerably (cant remember what customizations are available) and I wonder if deleting it will require configuration to be done again. Do you create any tables in the db or just want me to delete the directory.

    The plugin is active, I can confirm it by the CSS and JS files loading on your cart page. There are no custom database tables; the plugin only saves options the standard WordPress way. You can safely delete it completely and reinstall.

    Solved.

    Seems like a conflict caused with Independent Analytics plugin.

    Sadly, when also using the analytics plugin, this causes yours to be disabled (ie does not appear on cart page). It is really difficult to disable the analytics to solve it….perhaps you could consider examining this further? Thanks again

    I’ve just tested with the Independent Analytics plugin and couldn’t reproduce any conflict. It might be something in the configuration, or possibly another plugin in combination causing the issue.

    Please check your debug.log for any errors related to our plugin or Independent Analytics. That could help point us in the right direction.
