I am getting a dashboard message that says: 3 Stuck Payments Detected There are 3 payments (totaling $) that are older than 30 days and will not be automatically processed. Contact support for assistance.
There are no issues in the list of payments, how do we troubleshoot this.
Same issue. Definitely have had a member charged for their recurring membership (via PayPal) but their membership status was not changed on the site, nor was the payment recorded.
I can’t log in from my actual account, it says I don’t have a license all the sudden (when I just paid 2 months ago). I’m not sure if this is a wordpress problem or a stripe problem or what. It seems the update has kind of messed things up while customers are asking what’s going on and I have nothing to tell them.
We’re working on ironing out a lot of these false positive cases as we have identified some differences between our test sites and live sites.
The only thing that is new in regards to Scheduled Payments is this notification system, with the Stuck Payments notification being the most important one. Scheduled Payments are an integral part of the plugin, it’s basically how we name recurring payments that are executed by the plugin.
We have just released a new version of Paid Member Subscriptions, which should fix all of these false positives.
Please update the plugin to version 3.0.1, after which go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> make a modification to one of the settings (for example, the “Renewal” option) -> Save Settings -> change back the setting -> Save Settings. This is in order to clear the cache, otherwise it will take approximately 1 hour to observe the changes.
