Also I set “Title Display Mode In Mobile: Display As a tabs” and then are still being display as vertical Button. Any suggestions for this?

I am sorry I do not understand that I had a few people from different computer try to access the page and no problem with page loading. maybe for some reason my firewall dose not like your ip address, if you would be willing to tell me your ip address I will white list it.

Please add new tabs on new page with simple text in tab description, and then let me know with that page url.

May be that another plugin is conflict with tabs functionality. Try to deactivate another plugins one by one and then let me know that which one are conflict with tabs responsive.
I am using Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache and a CDN. My guess is that it is one of them. I am currently monitoring my speed while in trail period of my CDN so I will not mess with them until after unless it is one setting I can change. I will do this test once trail is over, hopefully it is just a setting I need to change. Thank you for your help
you can test if this is autoptimize by simply adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL, you will then see the non-autoptimized page (on condition that W3TC is configured to take query parameters into account). if it works then, you’ve got soem AO-troubleshooting to do (in which case the first thing to do is checking your browsers error console for javascript errors).
