Student can’t access course

    Hello,

    One of my students (the latest added) can’t access their course, not even the introduction actually which is a “free lesson”. I think it was after an update but i’m not sure. Do you have any idea of what it can be? I’ve added the customers manually (the other ones work)

    Hello,

    I’ve tried to add more customers, and none of them works.. just the ones i added last year work. Can somebody pls look at this since it’s a paying customer and it’s urgent.

    Helo, I have same problem too.

    Here of my problem, The Screenshoot This is 2 of my student who access the same course, one could open the lesson, and another can’t.

    I try to inspect the element and i found that there are missing link. My student have a same role at wordpress. Can anyone help?
