Student enrollment doesn’t work

Updated to 3.0.1. A student attempting to enroll in a course will be able to see the lesson breakdown in the course, but when clicking the Enroll button, and attempted to go through each lesson, the lessons are missing the Mark Complete button and when viewing the My Courses page, the course that the student enrolled in doesn’t show up.
