    I apologize for a late reply!

    I’ve tested the registration process on my end and could not replicate this issue. Based on this error registration is not allowed on your site.

    Please make sure registration on your site is active. For WordPress single install please go Settings > General and tick on Anyone can register. For WordPress multisite please go to Settings > Network Settings and tick “User accounts may be registered” or a higher option.

    If the same issue persists, please please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all the other plugins besides CoursePress and try the registration process.
