    Help!

    We have set up a new online training for staff using Sensei LMS and people are starting to take courses/lessons/quizzes.

    But, and there is not determined frequency on this, the progress keeps resetting to “in progress” when people have actually completed things.

    Are the students who are having their progress reset listed multiple times in Learner Management for specific lessons? If so, then it’s likely the same as this issue, which we’ll have a fix for in version 3.7.

    Doesn’t appear to be the same issue.

    Student are also not listed several times in Learner Management for specific lessons.

    What appears to happen is that a student takes a course and the progress is stored once complete in My Profile under Completed Course. Then, if they take another course, the previously completed course progress is lost and returned to Active.

    Problem still exists, tried everything but to no avail.

    Result; bought into SkillCast online solution, sort of defeats the objective of using Sensei LMS, but at least I know it will work.

    Sorry to hear that. It sounds like a possible data mixup or something else conflicting somehow. Do you have any caching in place that could be interfering?

    Not sure how the data can get mixed up in this manner (I come from 25+ years of working in dB systems), just looks to me like a fundamental problem with the package if I am honest.

    ‘data mixup’ is definitely an inexact term. 🙂 But by ‘conflicting’, Dan was suggesting that there may be a plugin or theme conflict causing this.

    The problem on our end is that this isn’t a common issue (I’ve never seen this before in either the forums or in our paid tickets) and it also seems to be intermittent (based on “here is not determined frequency on this”) so that makes it difficult to troubleshoot.

    Are you able to consistently reproduce the issue? If so, would you let us know the exact steps, so we can attempt it on a test site?
