• I have a pro license and I use it on 3 of my websites. I created a page on the main website and exported to the other, but having trouble to adapt the content to the new site. So I created a test page (www.mysite.com/test-page) to import the template, because I didn’t want to leave the broken page on my live site. I submitted a ticket, a rep responded to me, and said “I don’t see you have pro license on that site. I only see you have license on http://www.mysite.com. I told him the link I shared was only a test page, but it’s under the domain, elementor doesn’t require license on every page. So I shared screenshots of my license page, my account on Elementor website, to get support. How can they hire such a stupid people for customer support?

    Luis,

I have received help from your higher level of support team, but I think you need to hire someone who can understand what’s a page under a domain at the front desk to first respond to customers.
