it looks like this forum is abandoned, no replies from the developers.
You are not keen to even answer the pre-sale questions.
I’ve got one more issue – the boxes are apparently responsive – and yet the bottom is cut off on a phone so they don’t render properly.
Could you please advise.

kindly add those simple css lines to your website also make sure this CSS code will work only on this page.
You can add it as custom css on flipbox customization page. No need to add multiple shortcodes just add them into one as you added on this page.
