Hello @munawar2023 , thank you for your post. Once you add a new page or click on the page background, the Call to Action field will display in the Style tab. There you can also find the setting to add a page-level background audio. To add a story-level background audio, navigate to the Document Panel > Background audio.

Coming to the problems.
1. I have found option under document to add background music but while check it or view story, I cannot hear music .it is not applied to story I think.so how to apply background music to story.
2. Secondly I had this account munawar2023 with wordpress but that was on wordpress free domain and I was asking question about webstories plugin in purchased hosting from Hostinger so confused why it directed to my old account for getting answer or both are associated with my email?
3. For call to action option, i will try suggested and let you know.

I tried with page background and found call to action.
Now the problem remains is how to apply music to whole story and i did it in document by applying audio but not listening it when viewing the story here or on any other browser. and secondly question about account. is it also associated with my website: worldofmunawar.com and then how i delete munawar2023.wordpress.com . i think it will not be good idea to have both. what you suggest?

@munawar2023 You will need to contact your hosting provider regarding questions about your WordPress account.
Could you please share the story URL to which you attempted to apply the page background audio to so I can check?
