Style issue happens on Initial Loading

    Hi all,

    After the last update of LiteSpeed Cache (6.5.4 —> 7.1) in one of our websites, a style issue occurs every time the site loads. It happens only on initial loading, without clearing the cache. If we just reload the page, all style returns to normal.

    When I inspect the site, I discovered that during the initial loading, the theme style is not taking. Instead, UCSS styles are taking. Only after refreshing the tab, the theme styles taken.

    If I clear the UCSS option, it’ll be temporarily solved, but it comes back after some time.

    Anyone know why this happening and can you suggest a permanent solution. We can’t change any settings from the current LiteSpeed setup.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Hi @qtwrk,

    First of all, really sorry for the delay. We are trying to solve the issue from our side, but unfortunately, we haven’t gotten any proper solution. This issue continuously occurs on the mentioned site.

    Also, I’m sorry to say this, but we can’t share the report, because this is one of our clients’ websites, and they want absolute privacy on this.

    Is there any other way to find and solve this issue as per my description? If you need any other information, please mention it in the reply.

    please try go to page optm -> css tuning -> UCSS exclude URI , add / into it ,save and purge all , see how it goes

    also please confirm me what is the version of plugin that have issue with ?
