Style issue with W3 Total Cache

Hello guys!

Yesterday I changed from one cache program to the W3 Total Cache, and I’m totally loving it. The results are amazing and speak for themselves. Everything is faster and better. I’ve one major issue though, and I know it’s a lot to ask, but I’d love it if someone would take the time to help me find a way around it.

My fully developed menu, which let’s just navigate through several product categories, is sorting things strangely now.

The issue is only on the front page too. The menu starts working completely once you go onto one of the categories and use it. See for instance:

Would anyone please take the time to help me? I’d be forever grateful. I’d love to find a solution where I could have the layout back, but not lose the huge speed boosts it gave me (thus I haven’t just turned it all off, which would obviously fix it).
