    Dears,

    I’m encountering some discrepancies in the appearance and functionality of the Google Reviews on the Website.

    Firstly, when I select the Layout that I need and the Stylem the Reviews appear different on my desktop and mobile, there is alot of cpasing between the elements. Additionally, the “Read More” button is unresponsive when clicked on desktop but functions properly on mobile devices. Simultaneously, the automatic scrolling feature of the Reviews works on desktop but not on mobile.

    Could you please assist in resolving these issues at your earliest convenience?

    Hi @abudi71 !

    The problem is that the loading of the loader.js is overwritten by another plugin: https://snipboard.io/2aoTGk.jpg

    This is how it suppose to look like:

    Please check which plugin causes the issue and exclude the loader.js.

    Hi Lindia,

    Thank you so much for the recommendation; it solved the problem. One of the installed plugins was causing a conflict with Trustindex Google Review.
