Style Switcher Error

    I have been using Alex’s switcher for months and yesterday it stopped working. I have reinstalled the original files and still i get the following error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/httpd/vhosts/templeofjennifer.com/httpdocs/blog/index.php:3) in /home/httpd/vhosts/templeofjennifer.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-style-switcher.php on line 41
    I found a similar entry from someone else, but I am not sure what the resolution was. The person seemed to solve the issue themselves and didn’t explain specifically how they did it.
    Any help would be appreciated:
