Style wordpress dashboard

    I have an open blog and want to change the looks of the dashboard where users can post. I pretty much just want simple post form to write text, insert pictures, and tags. Any ideas?

    The first idea that comes to mind is: did you try to create an user at the level your future users will be (I hope not everyone is going to be an admin; contributor is just enough) and see what would they see in the Dashboard. After that you may want re-phrase your question.

    Yes, I do have users set to the contributor role when they sign up. I am also using the custom admin menu to hide tabs.
