style.css is not updating in wordpress

    When I make changes in style.css and refresh the wordpress page there are no changes. When I inspect element with dev tools it shows styling that doesn’t even exist anymore in my stylesheet.

    I tried hard refresh with CTRL + F5, but it didn’t help.
    I am testing locally via wampserver.
