Stylesheet error

    Hello,

    I am getting the below error while uploading some themes.

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.”

    Its not like I don’t have style.css files in them, but instead of in theme folder it is in css folder which is a subfolders for themes.

    Please help me this topic.

    I have downloaded them from various file sharing sites for free ?
    I don’t think this would affect the theme functions, Please provide any solution.

    Try downloading a theme from this site to your local computer and then installing it via upload to see if you have the same problem.

    These forums only support themes from the repository on this site – so if there’s a problem with a theme from elsewhere, you’ll need to ask the developer/vendor.

    We also don’t recommend using themes from other places – here’s why:

    I had uploaded the themes from local computers, but problem is still the same. Can’t I change the files location n all ?, Please provide any solution to get rid of this as i have my projects in tangle.
