Could you tell me if Chrome is set to refuse cookies? This seems like the stylesheet choice isn’t saved between pages so it reverts to default.
As far as I was aware Chrome shouldn’t be refusing cookies. If I am to check, where would I look under the Chrome settings
Ok under my Chrome Advanced settings, the section called Content has the following:
Cookies:
Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected.
Images;
show all images (recommended) is selected.
JavaScript:
Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
Please let me know if you need any more info from this section.
I am running the WordPress install on Xampp on my machine for testing. could this have an effect on Chrome. It doesn’t have on any other browser tested.
Also from what I can see when loading my local host WordPress site in Chrome is that it remembers the choice when closing the browser, but flashes the default styleheet first before showing the selected users stylesheet when selecting any page or loading the WordPress site.

In chrome://settings/
Click Show advanced settings
Under Privacy, Click Content settings
Under Cookies, the option Allow local data to be set.
If this doesn’t work, what version of Chrome and with OS do you use?
Is there any error messages given in the Console panel of the Developper tools (Ctrl+Shift+i) ?
Is you website online so I could check?
I am running Windows 7 Proffesional with SP1.
Chrome Version: 43.0.2357.81 m
Xampp Version: 5.6.3
WordPress version: 4.2.2
I am running the install as a local host at present for testing. I am happy to email over the site for you have a look at. please provide a support email address for me to send over the site.

By flashing, what do you means exactly? For example, the page load and content appears, than it goes white for a fraction of second, then the content reappears.
Is the look of you site the same before and after the flash? (changes in style font, colors, etc.?
Ok I have two stylesheets created for testing. I have a default css with fonts at a normal level. My other css file is for large fonts. I am creating a website for visually impaired users.
In Chrome if my user preference has stored the large css, what happens is when the site is loaded the default css shows first for a second before reverting to the large css. This happens every time I navigate to another page on my site or if I close the browser down and come back.
I am happy to share the local host website with you to see what is causing an issue.

Hum, I’ll have to investigate.
I can reproduce. It’s related to the cookie recuperation in php.
I’ll let you know when I find a solution.
I’ll probably have to do a plugin update for that in the coming days.
I am glad you were able to reproduce the fault in Chrome. At least you are know aware of the issue and hopefully be able to sort it out in an update. The browsers I tested the plugin with were as follows for your records.
Plugin Works correctly
IE version: 11.0.9600.17801
Firefox Version:38.0.5
Safari Version: 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)
Plugin Works with bugs
Chrome Version: 43.0.2357.81 m
I look forward to your resolution.
