Sorry for the delayed response! A lot of stuff going on around the Holidays.
You would be able to do this with CSS, for sure! We plan to eventually release better styling options for typography into the plugin itself, too.

Could you please provide the key items and gh oo change them …
E.g. .title { or whatever it may be for this this plugin.
I would like to amend title, body, rating and name please.

Using that outline, enter the CSS into your Custom CSS box and you should be good to go.
