    The Checkbox and Radio button are creating a psuedo element that appears on my form inside the inputs, How to fix this?? and remove the elements

    Hi @mwongera

    I just took a look at your form and it’s displaying correctly on my screen – although with a little custom styling. Did you resolve this issue already?

    If not, could you please share a screenshot of the issue that you are seeing and let me know what browser you are using so I can try to reproduce and troubleshoot this?
