Styling changes not showing

I’m making changes to the styling but nothing is actually changing on the page: http://moshking.utopiastudios.net/forums/

For example in this case I’ve specified background colors as all ‘black’ – yet no change. What has changed though is my selection of eliminating the Home breadcrumb, so I know that the plugin is able to affect BBp. I created a page ‘forums’ to apply a full width template. Other than that no other customizations.
