Styling changes when code is placed in snippet

First, sorry about the undeserved criticism you’re getting from some folks who aren’t satisfied with downloading the old version. I appreciate the work you are doing to develop this plugin.

I’m trying to use a snippet to replace a php widget that contains the code for our login widget. However, when I place it in a snippet, the styling changes.
It should be this: https://screenshots.firefox.com/mekn5pu0SvZR1s6j/thedockforlearning.org
It becomes this: https://screenshots.firefox.com/G3zP34zlOeiUGHUh/thedockforlearning.org

It seems it has to do with some of the CSS inside the code not being run.

I’m happy to share the code, but I thought perhaps email would be better for security? Let me know what you prefer.
