Styling Custom Field Loops

Hi

I would like to set up a loop, that is basically a box that has an image, title, text and a page link.

Each box needs to be slightly different and would like to change the colour of the title text and the link text. Where the user can select for example Box1, Box2, Box3 etc.

Would this be possible.

Hopefully this screenshot will make it clearer.
