    Good evening,

We are running into the issue as shown in the image (link). When we generate the invoice, we see the customer information being spread out on the second page. Instead of having all the data on one page.

We have looked into all settings and cleared the cache. I was browsing the topics but couldn’t find the same issue.

    Please help us out!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @wernerpeerboom,

    1. Are you using the latest release of the plugin?
    2. Which template you have set under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template?

    Good morning Yordan,

Yes the latest version is installed.
The template is “Simple”, we have no other available.

Anyone else having a similar issue: this turned out to be caused by the number format of the invoice number, which was accidentally set to have a length of 5607 numbers, resulting in over 5603 zeros before the number 🙂
