Styling missing after installing WPVivid Plugin

    Hi. I want to buy the plugin to be used on a number of sites.

    I installed it and am slightly turned off that things look a bit broken. It seems as if the stylesheet isn’t loaded. I’ve tested across different computers and providers, as well as on at least 3 independent sites.

    Going to https://docs.wpvivid.com/install-wpvivid-pro-plugins.html shows me the last entry is from the end of 2020…

    Is this plugin actively maintained? How to fix the layout issues? Are they also present in the pro versions?

    Hello @chrisatx

    Is it a WordPress multisite? If it is, then it is because the free version of WPvivid Backup Plugin does not support multisite, the pro version does.

    It is indeed. Thanks! Maybe put a notice on there somewhere for people who download it. I think it will lead to more people who will upgrade 😉

    Sure. I bought the pro version (for now 2 sites, but if all functions well, I’ll buy licenses for all of the sites).

    On both WPVivid plugins (regular and pro) I get a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I’m logged in as Super Admin on a sub site within the Multisite network. The Super admin has privileges for the sub site.

    How can I resolve it?

    It is not permitted to support pro version issues here, please submit a ticket to us and we are going to process it soon.
